Technology - KnowledgeControl
We have configured and deployed KnowledgeControl 2.0 as our web-based Consulting Process Management system. All the consulting events and their corresponding deliverables of our 5-Step Methodology are workflowed using KnowledgeControl's Paperless Office Module. Each member of the team will have a Username and Password, which will give that team member access to workflows, deliverables and status views based on their role in the project.

This powerful web-based tool assures that everyone is on the same page while giving management access to project status updates as needed. KnowledgeControl dispatches project deliverable workflows to the appropriate team members, manages all deliverable collaboration notes, captures time and memorializes final deliverables.
