The Project Charter documents the expected service level the Communication solution is expected to achieve, who will be responsible for responding to communications, what communication channel(s) will be used, will there be an automatic response, and what are the communication reporting objectives.
Explore Step - Design the Communication solution.
As part of the Explore Step the informu.com team will conduct a Communication Response Process Workshop. This workshop will review in detail all proposed communication web form. The team will draft a Communication Specification for each communication web form the specification will document the purpose, content, form fields, form layout, navigation, self service knowledgebase, form required fields, form functionality, subject mater expert, who's responsible for responding, expected service level, escalation options, communication channels used, management views, .....
The team will create a communication prototype for each type of communication processes being designed using KnowledgeControl or other selected software. Use cases will be used to test and tweak the user interface, the responders interface and management interface. Once the prototypes are signed off on the Communication Specification is finalized.
