We will follow our 5-Step Consulting Methodology, which insures that we understand your network requirements and you understand solution options and alternatives. Our methodology will deliver you the best network solution based on requirements, a smooth transition,  and trouble-free Network. 

Plan Step – Define Network Scope
You will be contacted by one of our Network Consultants to discuss your network needs and goals. From this meeting, we will guide you in the best direction to take, and to see whether a network will be of benefit to you. With the information gathered from the initial meeting, we will design a preliminary network, and if possible, design multiple network scenarios. 

Explore Step - Design options
We will present to you the preliminary designs and go over their features and explain how you will benefit from the various network designs. For each design option we will also provide a list of required equipment, software and services. A design is selected and all the equipment, software and services are ordered.

When all the equipment, software and services are received our team will configure a prototype mock-network. Once the mock-network is approved we will draft a Network Specification document.

Build Step - Network installation
All equipment and supporting parts will be delivered to your location, unpacked, and be located in close proximity to its final location. The network will be built according to the Network Specification.  All equipment and computers will be configured as specified and with proper logon to the server, and for proper access to the shared resources.

You are responsible for all data transfer from each PC to the server. This provision has been implemented to protect the privacy of your files.

Test Step – Network testing
The network will be extensively tested to assure that all equipment and configurations function according to the Network Specification. Server logons and shared resource access is tested and verified. Once the network passes all tests and meets your requirements it will be certified for deployment to production.

Deploy Step – Go Live
We will do a final walk-through with your Network Manager to make sure everything is in working order, and to explain where each of the equipment is located. Once completed the network will go live.

Network Management Training -  If required, training for User Management, Sharing, and Security is available as a separate engagement.
