What Is Included in KCExpress $2495

Informu.com consultants will follow the informu.com 5-step implementation methodology:

Plan-->Explore-->Build-->Test-->Deploy

The KCExpress implementation includes the following Events:
    2 hours - Planning - During the Planning Event the team discuss, agrees and drafts a Project Charter. The Project Charter communicates the nature, scope, key success measures and other items that fully define the purpose and boundaries of the project. The goal is to have all project team members, including Inform.com Consultants, operating under the same objectives, goals and assumptions.

    2 hours - Website Sections and Navigation - The KCExpress website is a single node site with multiple sections and database types (Adding Additional Nodes). During this event we determine the Website sections and navigation scheme. For each Website section the type of content that will be published for that section and the name of the link to that section is decided.  Website sections content can be:  static "Evergreen" content, Product Database content, Article Database Content, Event Database content, Listing Database content, Event Database content.or dynamic Messageboard content.   Additionally the website navigation is defined for the Public Website and the corresponding backend Content Management solution.  This assures that the right content is published to the Public Website.

    2 hours - Website Content Strategy.  Once the various Website Section are defined and the content type determined the team develops the Website Content Strategy. The Website Content Strategy defines who and where content originates that is published on the website during the Build Step and who, where and how often the Database content types on the Website is updated. The Website Content Strategy is then translated into the Content Management Specification for the configuration of the KCExpress Content Management Solution.

    2 hours - Website Communication Strategy. Part of the features of KCExpress is the integrated Communication System. The Communication System links a Request for Information (RFI) web form to each Website Content section and webpage. The Communication Strategy defines which Website Content will have a separate RFI web form, who is responsible for replying to the RFI and what the turn around time is for each reply (Service Level Agreement). The Communication Strategy is then translated into the Communication Management Specification for the configuration of the KCExpress Communication Management solution.

    2 hours - META Data Strategy. KCExpress offers the option to create and publish search engine META data for each webpage. The META Data Strategy defines the default META Title, META Keywords, and META Description. Once the META Data is determined it is configured into the KCExpress Content Management solution so that for every webpage the default META Data is published. The Content Editor of the Website can easily modify the META Data for each webpage to fine tune it to the specific webpage.

    5 hours
    - Configure Content Management solution. The Content Management system is configured according to the Content Management Specifications. The purpose of the Content Management solutions is to assist the Webmaster and Content Contributors in meeting their responsibility for maintaining content. Ease of use is the key to a successful Content Management solution. The informu.com implementation team will configure workflows and wizards to assure easy of use. Content Management workflows and wizards are developed to meet the Content Strategy.  See Features and Benefits for details about the Content Management solution.

    5 hours - Configure a Communication Management (Request for Information RFI) solution. The Communication Management solution is configured according to the Communication Management Specification and to assure all communication from the Public Website are directed to the responsible person and handled in a timely manner. The Communication system also provides management with a real-time status report of all Public Website Requests for Information. The informu.com implementation team will configure a workflow to assure ease of use, proper email notification of RFI to responsible person and management report to meet the Service Level Agreement.     10 hours - Template Design, Build, Test and Deploy. The informu.com Template Design professional will work with you to develop a KCExpress Public Website template set Look & Feel that matches your company's look, content strategy and navigation scheme. The Public Website template set will be implemented into the KCExpress Content Management solution. Typical Public Website Template Set includes, Homepage, Websection pages, Listing Pages, Detail Database pages, Request for Information (RFI) Web Form, and RFI Thank You page. Templates can be deployed to accommodate an unlimited number of webpages. See Designs for Look & Feel ideas and staring points .

    Total consulting time for the implementation of the KCExpress Public Website template set, Content Management, Meta data management and Communication Management solutions is 30 hours. At the blended hourly rate of $125/hour, the total estimate for professional services is, $3750 discounted to $2495 for during the KCExpress Promotion.

    A deposit of 50% ($1250) is required upon the signing of the Statement of Work and before any work can commence.
