Easy to use Content Management
KnowledgeControl's Multi-Channel Content Management Server for Real Estate takes content management to a new level of simplicity. We developed this version of KnowledgeControl so that a business user could participate with little or no training. Our goal is to deliver a content management solution that will have a positive impact on the business culture. Here are two ways we make it easy.
  • Edit Mode Website Views - Authorized Content Editors can view the website in the Edit Mode. The Edit Mode is the published website with "Edit: and "Add" icon place on the page that provide direct links to the content edit form or the content add wizard. This mean the Content Editor can easily navigate to the webpage where they want to edit or add content.
  • Email Integrated Workflows - To continue to make it easy for business users to participate in content management workflows we have integrated email into the Content Management workflows. Authorized users can opt to send process embedded email assignments to  other  KC Multi-Channel Content Management users. As a KC user the recipient of the process embedded email can participate in the workflow directly from the email. Consider the level of efficiency achieved.
