DY Realty Services, LLC - Phase One Implementation Case Study
 The founders of DY Realty Services came to informu.com with a vision for the next generation of their business. Their vision was to incorporate the Internet into their everyday business. They wanted to make information more accessible to users as well as have greater control over how brokers and staff communicate with customer and leads. They saw the Internet as a way to accomplish these goals and as a way differentiate their firm from the competition.
DY Realty Services, LLC, contracted informu.com, Inc. to develop an e-business strategy and manage the implementation of the solution. Their goal was to transition their traditional Commercial Real Estate business from a paper base, brick and mortar business to a Web-based integrated paperless office.
The informu.com team follow the 5-step Planning and Implementation methodology. After extended hours of planning and exploration the team finalized the Phase One requirements of this multi-phase project.
