DY Realty Services, LLC - Implement a Public Website Communication Plan
Incorporated into the Content Management solution is the Request For Information system. The Request for Information system is tightly integrated Out-of-the-Box functionality of KnowledgeControl. Using the assignment functionality of KnowledgeControl the team configured and deployed the Public Website RFI solution. The DY Realty Services RFI solution for the Public Website was configured to accommodate the following types of RFIs.

  • General information requests,
  • Property listing specific requests
  • Special offering requests.

Through out the Public Website there are Contact Us link, Contact the Broker link or a Special offer link. Depending on the webpage the user is on when he clicks on an RFI link the system dispatchs the appropriate form for the request. When the user completes the form as required and submits the system creates and sends an email notice to the webpage assigned contact or the broker of a property. As while as the system generates  a new RFI assignment that is put in the assigned contact's Inbox.
