DY Realty Services, LLC - Workflow 30 Paper Processes
30 forms, agreements and documents were converted to HTML document templates and loaded into the forms, agreements and documents library. A KC User can deploy a collaboration workflow of any item in the library for a DY property or a customer. The Collaboration workflow gives the user a blank copy of the library item, which the user will complete for the property or customer and then send the item to a DY Manager for review and approval. The DY Manager can either make changes directly on the item an or send a comment back to the sender. The item is sent back and forth until it’s complete. The system captures and journals all transfers and comments. Once the item is complete it is either printed out for hardcopy delivery or it’s filed as complete with the property or customer.
All collaboration can be done from email or the KC users Assignment inbox webpage. The Paperless Offcie system for Real Estate dispatches and manages the various steps in the Doucment or Form workflow. The system also send the collaborators emais with the Doc or Form and the collabortaion thread embedded in the email. The KC User can collaborate and make changes completely from his email, the system automatically records all collaboration and change.
