As part of the Leads Management aspect of the implementation DY Realty wanted to provide brokers with the ability to search the Property Database for properties that meet their customers requirements. They then wanted to empower the brokers to select from the search return, properties that the system would generate an HTML email, print brochure and fax brochure for.
Using KnowledgeControl out of the box functionality, custom scripts and DY Realty templates Informu.com created the Listing Assignment function of this implementation. The Listing Assignment function has the following features:
