Communication Features
The KnowledgeControl Multi-Channel Content Management Server for Real Estate is tightly integrated with the KnowledgeControl Communication system. The KC Communication System manages:
Public Website Requests For Information (RFI)
Content Workflow Invitations
Request for Information (RFI) - Directly connect each property to the broker. Every Property Listings and public Website webpage has a Request for Information (RFI) form. When a Website user completes and submits the Public Website RFI the KC Communication system automatically sends the broker or subject matter expert an email RFI Notice.
Request for Information Report - All Requests for Information are tracked by the system. Roll-up management reports provide management with real-time status of all Property Listing RFIs.
Process Embedded email RFI Notice - All email RFI Notices contain embedded Journal entry forms. The responsible broker or subject matter expert can submit comments and notes regarding the RFI status directly from the system generated email RFI Notice.
Request for Information Workflow - Every RFI is workflowed. Users can change RFI status, redirect request to another user, request management feedback, collaborate with other users, journalize all internal and external conversations and notes and submit time committed to the RFI.
Email Workflow Notices - KnowledgeControl's Communication system generates process embedded email notices. Users are sent process embedded email notice when they are invited to participate in a workflow. This make it easy, users can contribute to the workflow directly from the email Notice.
