KCExpress $2495 is configured with KnowledgeControl's Communication system. The KC Communication System manages all website communications.
Request for Information (RFI) - Each webpage can be configured to have an RFI link. When a Website user completes and submits an RFI form the KC Communication system automatically sends you an email RFI Notice and logs an RFI assignment.
Process Embedded email RFI Notice - All email RFI Notices contain the comment from the website user, all the user information, a link to the webpage the RFI originated from, a link to the users email for a quick response and an embedded Journal entry forms. You can submit comments and notes regarding the RFI status directly from the system generated email RFI Notice.
Request for Information Report - All Requests for Information submissions are tracked by the system. Roll-up management reports provides you with real-time status of all RFIs.
