Templates Features
Maximum control of Look & Feel- Presentation templates control look & feel, navigation, page layout, content, and font assuring that the approved business image is maintained for all marketing collateral. Templates are set at each node and can be different for each database sub-type. Content database entries can be published as XML, HTML, WAP, RSS, and MultipartMIME email files. The Content Manager determines the file format each content entry is published as. The Webmaster can change the template that are set for a node. The Administrator can modify templates and add new templates to a project.
Application Templates allow branding - Developers can now easily "brand" the KnowledgeControl application interface to match the graphics or style of either their own company or their clients' companies. The KnowledgeControl application are also templates and designed to give developers the power to alter the graphics, colors, and styles of the application.
Customize Workflow forms - Developers can customize KnowledgeControl workflow interface forms. The workflow fields can be modified, arranged and named as required.
Build process Wizards - Out-of -the-Box KnowledgeControl provides developers wit an API for the development of user wizards. Wizards can be custom developed to meet the content maintenance requirements. Wizards are a collection of KnowledgeControl workflows and custom scripts that are configured to perform a content management task. A wizard can be developed for adding a new content entry or for creating and publishing a series of database entries and nodes depending on the complexity of the publishing requirement.
